Hotmelt drums - the ideal solution for storage
These fiber drums were specially developed for the transport, storage and processing of thermoplastic adhesives or sealants. A removable bottom enables the complete emptying of the drum and thus a 100% material yield.
The drum is flanged at the top and bottom with a stabilizing steel band. The flange is still rolled on the outside, so that the heatable printing stamp can plunge into the drum without obstacles.
The inner wall of the drum is smooth and also provided with a silicone-coated Kraftliner. This way the stamp can be guided down without any problems.
The metal base is attached with a tension ring and can be removed with a simple handle. The rest of the material can be removed in the cooled state and fed back into the processing.

The heated pressure plate is inserted directly into the drum where it liquefies the contents.
