DIN EN ISO 9001:2015

All divisions of Thüringer Fiber-Trommel GmbH have been certified by TÜV Hessen according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. This quality management standard is the most significant and widely used standard for quality management nationally and internationally.

For us, this means:

• continuing to develop our products and processes to ensure that they always comply with quality requirements;
• continually optimizing our quality management system in a process-oriented manner to continue to meet the high demands we set for ourselves when it comes to quality; 
• always adapting our company to the wishes of our clients, since the satisfaction of our clients is our greatest affirmation.

More specifically, we place high value on the transparency of our processes, always ensuring traceability of materials and documentation of production stages. All employees are presented with a manual that supports and motivates them in their efforts to perform quality-conscious work.

BAM-GGR 001

Fibre drums are a type of hazardous waste packaging. Each year, to enable our clients to safely package their goods in our fibre drums, we undergo the monitoring and quality assurance procedure for manufacture of packaging administered by the BAM (Federal Institute for Materials Management) – BAM-GGR 001 in brief.

In this way we can assure you that all our products meet a high quality standard and that the entire production process - from raw materials to shipment – meets our clients’ high demands when it comes to quality.

Countless models among our fibre drums have already been granted UN approval as hazardous waste packaging for all hazard levels (X, Y, Z), which means there are no extra costs for our clients. For special requests we are also happy to apply for a new UN approval.
